All services are subject to individual SLAs and Statements of Work agreed prior to engagement.
All service fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement. NeuEra operates on a transparent, fixed-pricing model with no hidden costs.
No lock-in contracts. Clients may scale, pause, or terminate services per the notice period in their individual service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuEra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of our services.
NeuEra's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits NeuEra's liability for death, personal injury from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
NeuEra Solutions treats all client data, business information, and operational details as strictly confidential.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
